Actually, she shares her birthday with Georgi.
I was invited along with this group of young ladies and children to help celebrate. We had lunch together at the local Mexican restraunt.

We drove to southern Romania through the mountains while it was snowing …
… to visit with Bro. Raul and some of his Missionary team.
Paul and I stayed with Mihai & Mariana.
Their apartment has the window frames painted yellow.

We visited a family that stays in the ruins of buildings from Communist times.
The children were so pleased to recieve a few gifts along with some healthy food.

We were welcome back to the Alba area by Horatiu’s family.
It was a very short, enjoyable trip traveling with my sister Coleen & Glen and our son, Craig & Ang.

The singing was quite enthuciastic at “The Potter’s House.”
Somehow “Jacob’s” wells have a special attraction to me.

Coleen, Ang, and I did a little shopping in uptown Alba.
Ang found 3 pieces of fabric at this little shop across the street.
Paul and I along with our youngest son, Craig and Ang recently had a short trip to Romania. We joined my sister Coleen & Glen in Atlanta and traveled together. We were welcome by a little snow in Munich, Germany.
Then at the Cluj, RO airport we met Loradana’s brother George. Loradana had sent some baby gift items for her family and George had come to pick them up.
We enjoyed the beautiful snow as it covered the village of Hapria.
Craig, Ang, and Coleen inspected the corn crib across the neighboring fence.
At Gica’s house we spotted this beautiful Christmas Cactus.

We visited and the elderly care home where Adrian and Mehila are in charge.

Ang visits with some of the residents and can’t understand a word they are saying. They smile and laugh and keep on talking.
One evening we listened as the young folks from Hapria practiced some Christmas songs. The tunes are familiar but the words are gibberish.

Amy decided to celebrate Ashton’s birthday by making a cake and inviting in friends and family. She baked the cake and Ashton watched it bake.
Then it was time to decorate it.
A John Deere tractor was just the ticket.
Her guest list included the Kleises. It only suited Josh and Myra to come.
