I’m trying to take on the “Color Challenge” that Vicki & Judy host. This is the picture that has been chosen for May.
We are to make something with these colors. So …. here’s my fabric that my sister Emily helped me pick out.
And here I have cut out the pieces for a small crib quilt.

Oh Julia I can’t wait to see it done. This is truly candy for the eyes. How long do you and Emily get to sew together. I am a bit jealous and wish I was with you all. I am amazed at how many challenges you take part in and seem to get done. Since the wedding quilt is done my next project is the Conference project and lettering border that says, “He Leads me in Paths of Rightousness for His Namesake…” I’ll be using my Kono cotton candy stack!
I reconize the yellow dotted piece on the right as one I cut some butterfly wings from for Misty’s quilt. Can you see where I cut into it? Thanks.
Missed you and Emily at the wedding. Tell Emily that Dorothy Geiser was so looking forward to visiting with her and wanted me to say Hi!
