  • Work times with family make some great cousin memories. Is that fresh peaches and hot dogs I see on the childrens plates? On second look I think it must be cheese curls.
Yesterday I was at JoAnn Fabrics and had a half off coupon to use up. My purchase was the big thick book on the Journal Quilts that you got down in Houston, TX. I’ve been reading each entry page at a time and really enjoy it. I remember seeing some but most I do not.

  • Memories – that is what working together is. You may never remember how hard the work was, but the memories of being together will not soon fade.

  • Haha, taking a break is all I did…I definitely didn’t earn my supper.  I did work hard before I left my house though if that counts.  See ya at ice cream time.

  • I was looking at your blogrings and clicked on Magnolia Christian School and it says it is in Macon, MS. Is there a school in Macon, do you know, called French camp – possibly for orphans or underprivileged children? Or another school where they would use the campus and have summer camps? My girls went to a camp in Macon – about 20 years ago – I remember driving them there. It was a Christian camp, and they went for a week.

Oh, well, it just brought back some memories. We lived in Biloxi for a long time and have been in Roanoke, VA, now for 13 years.

  • Enjoyed your pics! Also, Congratulations! to Craig & Angie!! How exciting and we are very happy for them!

  • Those pictures make a day of work seem like play!! I love seeing several generations working together.
